Similarly to previous years, in 2022 we work hard and push hard to enhance our internal processes and to take advantage of every opportunity to grow stronger. This September, we decided to take on a new adventure and embrace Salesforce’s CRM platform and its benefits.

As our new technology partner, Salesforce provides us a cutting-edge customer relationship management software and applications with a focus on sales, customer service, marketing automation and analytics. This highly versatile technology stack allows our Account-based Growth specialists to document their progress with a target, to make data-driven decisions based on real-time data during the sales cycle and it eases the process of data integration.
The result of Infinityn’s hardworking team meeting Salesforce’s platform manifests in our already well-functioning ABG methodology becoming even more enhanced through technology.
Apart from improving our framework, Salesforce’s partnership brought opportunities for individual employees to grow and widen their scope too. Offering an extensive range of high-value certificates, Salesforce promotes career advancements for professionals who would like to extend their knowledge and upgrade their qualifications.
With this great opportunity present and a huge amount of motivation, our Business Technology Manager, Hoang Le Minh, and our Account-based Intelligence Specialist, Trygve Grundvik decided to try themselves and so they began to study for exams to receive their chosen certifications.
The stakes were high, since the certifications in question would grant Infinityn a very elegant status with Salesforce so Hoang and Trygve knew that they are not only doing it for themselves but for our company as well. By the end of September, both took their exams successfully, Hoang becoming a Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Trygve achieving the distinguished title of Certified Tableau CRM and Einstein Discovery Consultant. As mentioned before, their excellent work took Infinityn to a next level, as we officially became a Registered Salesforce Consulting and MSP Partner!
Infinityn applauds young talents and aspires to promote them in reaching their dreams. This September, Hoang and Trygve put on an outstanding performance, making us proud and assured that our aim is fulfilled.
