Job Brief

As a Performance Marketing Manager for B2B International Campaigns, you will play a pivotal role in driving our clients’ digital marketing success. You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across various platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and Demandbase DSP. Your expertise will help shape and execute global marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. You will work closely with our international clients, leveraging your deep understanding of performance marketing to enhance their online presence and achieve their business objectives. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, who can drive growth through data-informed decisions and innovative marketing tactics. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients will be crucial in ensuring the success of our campaigns.

Your Mission

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, Demandbase DSP) to achieve business goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to our clients.
  • Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and adjusting strategies based on data analysis.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI, ensuring campaigns are delivered within agreed financial parameters.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging. Coordinate with other marketing functions, such as SEO, social media, and email marketing, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to identify new opportunities for online presence expansion.
  • Client Communication: Maintain day-to-day communication with clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
  • Strategic Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and setting performance targets.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable recommendations based on data to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Innovation: Identify and explore new traffic sources and opportunities for growth, leveraging advancements in AI and machine learning to optimize campaigns in real time.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Experience with Demandbase DSP is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other data analysis tools such as Excel.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM strategies.
  • Experience managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing.
  • Ability to create detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business English is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working with international clients and managing global campaigns is a plus.
  • Certifications in LinkedIn Marketing Labs, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or related fields are preferred.
